Take on a long-term contract role with consistent work and weekly pay as an Electrician, supporting a busy bathroom refurbishment programme across North and East Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering essential electrical works within occupied social housing properties. You'll be working as part of a small two-person team, completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installing electric showers, and carrying out associated testing. If you're looking for ongoing contract work with a steady workload, this could be the perfect opportunity. I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, Approved Electrician or Inspection & Testing Electrician within social housing or similar environments. As an Electrician, you will be:
- Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Installing electric showers within domestic bathrooms
- Running and terminating 10mm cabling for shower installations
- Carrying out all associated electrical testing and inspections
- Working across North and East Birmingham, attending site daily between approximately 7:30am and 4:30pm
- Working independently or as part of a two-person team I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
- ECS Gold Card
- 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
- Proven experience completing EICRs and electrical testing
- Experience installing electric showers and bathroom electrical works
- A practical approach with the ability to work independently
