As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties. Responsibilities- Carrying out maintenance and repairs service within domestic properties
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
- To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
- Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
- Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector
- Has NVQ Level 2 - 3 or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ experience of Bathroom installations, including tiling
- Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
- A full UK driving licence
- Company and van fuel card provided
- 34 days annual leave rising to 36 days (including bank holiday)
- Company sick pay after 12 months length of service
- Life insurance
- Company pension scheme
- Uniform and safety equipment provided
