We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Repairs Planner
to join a busy Property Services team, coordinating responsive repairs and maintenance across a social housing portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with strong repairs planning and scheduling experience to join an established team.
Key Responsibilities: Manage tenant/resident repair enquiries and assess repair requirements Schedule and coordinate repairs, appointments and operative diaries Allocate works to operatives and contractors Liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams Manage customer expectations and resolve enquiries at first point of contact where possible Monitor workloads, capacity and repair timescales Maintain accurate records using housing management, repairs and CRM systems Escalate complex repairs, compliance and health & safety issues Work to agreed KPIs, SLAs and customer service standards
Ideal Candidate: Essential: Previous experience within social housing , housing associations, local authority housing or housing repairs Experience as a
Repairs Planner, Repairs Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, Repairs Coordinator or similar Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and housing maintenance Experience scheduling operatives, managing diaries and coordinating appointments Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Experience using housing repairs, scheduling or CRM systems Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines and targets
Pay & Benefits: Β£20 per hour Umbrella Hybrid working 3 month contract with potential of extention opportunity within a social housing/property services environment Opportunity to work with an established Property Services team
