Were looking for an experienced Finisher to work in areas around South Birmingham, carrying out snagging and finishing works on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within social housing properties.
The Finisher will be making sure everything looks right before the job is signed off, including silicone, mastic, basic carpentry, patching, painting and general making good. Youll need a good eye for detail and take pride in leaving a high-quality finish.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or multi-trader
- Must have experience working within social housing
- Confident with silicone, mastic, basic carpentry, patching and painting
- Strong snagging and finishing skills
- Comfortable working in occupied properties
- Own van and tools
