Youll be working on housing association properties , with jobs ranging from quick tap changes through to full bathroom works. As a Plumber, you will be: Completing reactive plumbing repairs across occupied homes. Carrying out everything from tap changes and minor repairs through to full bathroom works. Completing associated multi-trade repairs where required. Working across housing association properties. Managing a fast-paced workload and responding to changing priorities. Working professionally with tenants and minimising disruption. Completing jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Keeping work areas clean and tidy. Completing relevant job sheets and paperwork. Id love to speak to anyone who has: Strong plumbing experience. Social housing experience is preferred, but similar domestic maintenance experience will be considered. Experience working in occupied properties. A background in reactive repairs and maintenance.
