You will be joining a major Social Housing Contractor in the Sheffield area, known for providing long-term opportunities and fostering a supportive team environment. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:
- Carrying out basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and painting tasks
- Working on kitchen refurbishment projects
- Having previous multi-trade experience within the social housing sector
- Possessing a Basic DBS
- Holding a Green CSCS Card
- Having a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The ability to reliably travel to and from site
This role offers weekly pay (CIS payments available) and the potential for ongoing works if desired, with a rate of £176 per day.
Based in Sheffield, this role requires travel between one to two properties per day, making a full UK driving licence and own vehicle highly desirable.
