Senior Asset Surveyor

I am looking for a Senior Asset Surveyor to join a Housing Association in Bedford. The Senior Asset Surveyor will be responsible for capital works surveys and some planned maintenance. Responsibilities of the Senior Asset Surveyor: Deliver high-quality planned maintenance services Manage disrepair and complex complaints cases Conduct general building surveys Prepare feasibility studies, specifications, schedules of work, tender and contract documentation, presentations, and working drawings in line with investment programs Requirements for the role of Senior Asset Surveyor: Experience in asset and capital works surveying Ability to write specifications HNC/ONC qualification or relevant experience Experience in conducting detailed asset surveys Knowledge of HHSRS Benefits: Remote working Generous annual leave entitlement 45p per mile travel expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
