  • Carrying out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void properties
  • Completing repairs across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring
  • Completing full property refurbishments where required within void timescales
  • Completing accurate PDA updates, timesheets, and work reports
  • Working between the Swindon and Bristol area
