Youll be working for an established housing association across the Coventry area, carrying out essential day-to-day maintenance and repairs within their social housing properties. Youll have consistent work throughout the contract and everything needed to travel between jobs as a Multi Trade Operative .

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
Completing plumbing repairs as your main trade
Undertaking additional multi-trade repairs as required
Working across social housing properties
Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a good standard

A recognised plumbing qualification
Strong plumbing experience as their main trade
Previous social housing experience
Experience completing reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
Additional multi-trade maintenance skills
A full UK driving licence
