I am looking for a Repairs Manager to join a Housing Association in South Hertfordshire. The Repairs manager will be responsible for the operational control of the repairs team, delivering effective services which deliver value for money and high levels of customer service. This role offers 1 day of home working per week. Repairs Manager duties: Be responsible for the delivery of the group repairs service including responsive repairs. Assist with the delivery of void works Effectively manage subcontractors and a team of 3 team leaders and a senior planner Produce and analyse operational performance data to bring about improvements.
