We are recruiting a Project Surveyor specialising in Damp, Mould, and Disrepair for a leading Social Housing Group based in Cambridgeshire, delivering services across the region! As a Project Surveyor, you will take ownership of damp, mould, and disrepair cases across a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring works are identified, managed, and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Whats on offer:
- Salary: £47,096 - £49,575 per annum
- Working pattern: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid a mix of on-site inspections and remote working)
