I am looking for Project Surveyors who has experience on social housing planned maintenance schemes to join a local authority in Hertfordshire. The Project Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out Pre & Post inspections on windows and doors. This is an initial 3 month contract.
Duties of the Project Surveyor:
- Carry out pre, post and work in progress inspections
- Oversee the external contractors carrying out the works
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and within time frames
- Act as the first point of contact in resolving complaints
What is required for the role:
- Building Construction knowledge
- Knowledge of building and planning regulations
- Experience using SOR\’s, Quotes and Tenders
- Experience managing external contractors
- Planned Maintenance experience
