We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing and community-focused organisation for an experienced and compassionate Scheme Manager to join their Retirement Housing Team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting older people to live independently while promoting wellbeing, community engagement, and high-quality housing services.

As Scheme Manager, you will deliver a proactive and responsive housing management service to residents living within retirement housing schemes. You will support tenants' wellbeing, encourage social inclusion and independence, and work collaboratively with external agencies to ensure residents receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities of a Scheme Manager:
  • Deliver day-to-day housing management support to retirement housing tenants
  • Promote tenant wellbeing, independence, and community involvement
