The predicted salary is between 32000 - 48000 £ per year.

We are currently looking for an Electrician to work around Oxford and the surrounding areas on EICR's, repairs and maintenance within social housing. This role will start temporary at £25p/h with the opportunity to go on the books.

The Electrician will have to complete 3 tests a day using their skillset and they will be responsible for:

  • Completing EICR tests of full properties
  • Signing off electrical tests
  • Fault finding and fixing urgent C1 and C2 faults
  • Communicating and liaising with tenants
  • Travelling to different sites to conduct electrical tests

I am looking to speak to an Electrician who:

  • Has experience doing electrical testing
  • Has experience working on social housing contracts
  • Has a full UK driving license
  • Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)
  • Has an 18th edition and AM2 qualification

In return, the Electrician will receive:

  • £25 per hour - £40,000 annually
  • Company van and fuel card from day one
  • Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks with salary £40,000 after probation
