This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused repairs service across their homes.\n \nYou will be based in Birmingham in the office and on site 5 days a week!\n Role- Repairs Supervisor \n Contract length- Immediate sick cover \n Pay- £30-£34 an hour via umbrella \n Areas to cover- Leicester, Coventry, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and Northampton \n \n Repairs Supervisor duties: \n \n \n Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades. \n Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks. \n Monitor productivity, performance and service +targets, taking corrective action where required. \n Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work. \n Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes. \n To succeed as the Repairs Supervisor, you need: \n \n Experience supervising repairs or construction-related teams. \n Strong knowledge of repairs and property maintenance. \n Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards. \n Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. \
