Take on a long‑term contract role with consistent work, fuel allowance, and the opportunity to work on a large housing refurbishment programme across Birmingham. As a Bathroom Fitter you'll be carrying out bathroom and wet room installations within occupied properties, delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer service. You'll be working with a well‑established property maintenance contractor delivering bathroom and wet room refurbishments across the Birmingham area. With a strong pipeline of work and projects typically lasting around one week per installation, this is an excellent opportunity for a Bathroom Fitter looking for ongoing contract work and a reliable workload.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out full bathroom and wet room strip‑outs and installations
  • Installing baths, showers, sanitaryware, sinks, toilets, and associated fittings
  • Completing wall finishes including tiling and aqua board or panel systems
  • Undertaking plumbing and fitting works to a high standard
  • Preparing floors with latex screed and levelling compounds where required
  • Coordinating with other trades to ensure installations are completed on schedule
  • Working within occupied properties while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with quality standards

Required Experience

  • Proven experience fitting bathrooms and wet rooms
  • Experience installing tiled finishes and aqua board or wall panel systems
  • The ability to work independently and manage installations from start to finish
  • Experience working within occupied domestic properties
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Birmingham
