Enjoy a long-term Electrician role working within occupied social housing properties, carrying out testing, inspection and remedial works. This role offers consistent work, competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
You will be working in occupied properties, completing electrical testing and ensuring installations remain safe and compliant. Previous experience working around tenants and within social housing would be particularly beneficial.
As an Electrician, you will be:
- Carrying out EICRs within occupied social housing properties
- Completing electrical testing and inspection
- Identifying faults and completing associated remedial works
- Testing existing electrical installations to current regulations
- Working safely and professionally within tenants' homes
- Completing relevant electrical certification and paperwork
