As a Painter, you will be: Completing painting and decorating work within void properties Preparing properties to a high standard for new tenants Working independently, usually spending several days at each property Collecting materials when required in coordination with the contractor Maintaining a professional and respectful approach while working in residential homes I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Proven experience as a time-served painter and decorator Previous experience working within void or residential properties The ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently A reliable and professional approach The flexibility to collect materials when required The role is offering the following benefits: Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm Initial contract expected to last at least two weeks with the potential for ongoing work Fuel expenses covered for travel outside your usual working area Materials supplied or arranged by the contractor This role is offering a day rate of £160 - £175 per day .

Location & travel This Painter role is based in Cambridge, with work across the surrounding areas.

You'll typically remain at one property for several days at a time, reducing unnecessary travel, while fuel expenses are covered when travelling outside your normal working area.
