An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Passive Fire Manager or a commercially minded professional with a passive fire background looking to step into a Passive Fire Manager position with a business with exciting growth plans.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in passive fire protection who has experience pricing works, delivering contracts, developing client relationships, managing projects and identifying new opportunities. An existing client base would be a significant advantage.
This Passive Fire Manager opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of the complete project lifecycle while helping to drive business growth across the UK.
Responsibilities
As a Passive Fire Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Winning new work and developing long-term client relationships
- Pricing and estimating passive fire projects
- Procurement of materials
- Commercial management throughout delivery
- Coordinating projects from mobilisation through to completion
- Managing handovers, invoicing and final accounts
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
What We're Looking For
- Background within passive fire protection
- Experience pricing and estimating works
- Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Existing client contacts would be highly beneficial
