We are looking for Multi Trade Operative in the Banbury area to join a well-established and growing contractor. You will benefit from an above market salary, ongoing training and support, company van, fuel card and job security.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:
- £23 per hour (during probation period)
- Company van and fuel card
- £36k to £38k on a salary basic- depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Progression and training opportunities
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
- Install loft insulation, cavity wall extraction, internal wall insulation
- Undertake any making goods including: patch plastering, painting, loft hatches and minor carpentry
- Minor plumbing works
- Perform maintenance work on planned social housing properties
- Complete remedial works
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will need:
- Social housing experience
- 2 or more trade skills
- Level 2 Carpentry qualification
- Full licence (no more than 6 points)
- Own hand tools
