We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operative in the Nottingham area to join a well-established housing association on a long-term, self-employed contract to work in void domestic properties.

As the Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • General 2nd fix property maintenance such as joinery & plumbing
  • Wall & floor tiling
  • Plastering

In order to be eligible for either the Multi Trade Operative role, you must:

  • Have a qualification in a relevant trade
  • Have your own van
  • Have your own tools
  • Have relevant industry experience within social housing

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

  • £21 per hour
  • Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
  • Long term work – potential to go permanent if desired
  • 45p per mile
  • ASAP start
