As a Multi Trade Builder, you will be:
- Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance
- Working across domestic and commercial properties
- Completing general building and multi-trade repairs
- Carrying out plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, roofing and landscaping works
- Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works
- Diagnosing faults and finding cost-effective solutions
- Working independently and managing your own workload
- Completing work safely and to a high standard

- Previous property maintenance experience
- Strong multi-trade and building skills
- Experience working across domestic and commercial properties
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Based in or around Reading
- Willingness to travel extensively and work away from home
This role involves extensive UK travel with overnight stays when required. Flexibility to work away from home is essential.
