We are currently looking for a Plumber / Multi Trade in the Romford Area, working for a well-established Housing association. This is a long-term contract working on the responsive team.
In return, the Plumber / Multi Trade will receive:
- £200 / £250 per day depending on skill set
Responsibilities include:
- Building external ramps and fencing
- Door widening
- Carpentry
- Stud walls
- Plumbing
- Wet room fitting
Requirements:
- Ability to commute to sites
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own van and tools
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Plumbing
- Basic IT skills
- Minimum of a Blue CSCS card
