We are currently looking for a Plumber / Multi Trade in the Romford Area, working for a well-established Housing association. This is a long-term contract working on the responsive team.

In return, the Plumber / Multi Trade will receive:

  • £200 / £250 per day depending on skill set

Responsibilities include:

  • Building external ramps and fencing
  • Door widening
  • Carpentry
  • Stud walls
  • Plumbing
  • Wet room fitting

Requirements:

  • Ability to commute to sites
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own van and tools
  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Plumbing
  • Basic IT skills
  • Minimum of a Blue CSCS card
