Overview
Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Leicester who are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join their team on a Temporary basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
- Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
- Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
- Involved with signing off the EICR\’s
Qualifications / Experience
- NVQ Level 3
- 18th edition
- Previous experience in quality assuring electrical works
- Social housing experience
- Previous experience overseeing contractors
- Previous experience working with EICR\’s
What you will receive
