Overview

Niyaa people are working with a well-known affordable housing provider in Leicester who are looking for a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor to join their team on a Temporary basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily compliance tasks following certification
  • Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property
  • Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work
  • Involved with signing off the EICR\’s

Qualifications / Experience

  • NVQ Level 3
  • 18th edition
  • Previous experience in quality assuring electrical works
  • Social housing experience
  • Previous experience overseeing contractors
  • Previous experience working with EICR\’s
