As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will be: Evaluating tender documents, specifications, drawings, and fire safety requirements.
Preparing cost estimates and pricing for passive fire protection works, including: Fire stoppingFire compartmentationFire doorsCavity barriersFire protection to structural steelFire boarding and penetration sealingObtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers.
Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to understand all specifications.
Passive Fire Estimator required experience: Minimum 4 years' experience doing QS worksProven experience working in the public sectorAbility to demonstrate knowledge of fire doors and fire stoppingAs the Passive Fire Estimator, you will receive:Β£45,000-Β£55,00025 days annual leave + statutory daysFlexible working opportunityHealthcare and pension schemeWe are keen to see CVs from Quantity Surveyors and Fire Protection Estimators.
