Carrying out mould washing and treatment Basic Plumbing Joinery repairs Investigating and repairing minor plumbing leaks Sealing around baths and door frames Lifting and relaying small sections of paving Removing trip hazards Repairing and securing handrails Completing general minor repairs and making good Recording completed work using simple forms and before and after photographs
I'd love to speak to anyone who has: Experience in general property maintenance or multi-trade work Confidence carrying out a range of minor repairs The ability to work independently and manage a list of tasks A reliable approach and professional manner when working in occupied properties Confidence using a smartphone or tablet to record work A driving licence Current Asbestos Awareness certification (advantageous, although training can be provided on starting)
