We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across the Manchester area. This is a permanent role with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of working within tenanted properties.
The Electrician will receive:
- £42,000 per year
- Van and fuel card provided
- Pension scheme
- 23 days annual leave
- Opportunity for call‑outs and development
The successful Electrician will be expected to complete:
- Install and support electrical aspects of solar PV systems on domestic properties
- Carry out electrical work associated with air source heating/heat pump installations
- Complete ventilation-related electrical tasks (e.g., kitchen/bathroom extractor fan checks/works)
- Isolate/remove and reinstate electrics as required to enable internal/external wall insulation works
- Test/verify completed install work as needed and complete certification (minor works certificates and occasional installation certificates)
- Work across multiple sites, managing day‑to‑day tasks in occupied homes while coordinating with other trades

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
