We are looking for a proactive and motivatedVoids Supervisor to join a leading Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focusedvoids service across their homes.
You will be based across their South Central sites in Basingstoke, Oxford, Portsmouth and Southampton

Voids Supervisor duties:
- Manage, motivate and develop a team of multi trades.
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks, risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
- Monitor productivity, performance and service targets, taking corrective action where required.Coordinate labour resources and support effective scheduling of work.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality outcomes.
To succeed as the Voids Supervisor, you need:
- Experience supervising voids,repairs or construction-related teams.
- Strong knowledge ofvoids and property maintenance.
- Experience managing performance, productivity and quality standards.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing and developing a team of operatives.
- Excellent people skills
This role is offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000
