As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

  • Completing refurbishment works within void properties
  • Carrying out basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, and patch plastering repairs

  • Identifying additional maintenance requirements and reporting them accordingly
  • Working independently to complete jobs efficiently and safely
