Take on a long-term contract role with weekly pay and consistent work as an Electrician, carrying out first fix and second fix electrical works across occupied domestic properties mainly across Leicester. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established property services team delivering kitchen upgrade works as part of a busy planned programme.
You will be working across multiple live jobs, supporting kitchen refurbishments at different stages of the programme. This role would suit someone who is happy with steady, repeatable work, can work efficiently to programme, and is confident moving between properties as required.
As an Electrician, you will be:
- Completing first fix and second fix electrical works within kitchen refurbishment programmes
- Chasing out and rewiring where required during earlier stages of the works
- Returning to properties for later-stage fit-off and second fix works
- Working across multiple occupied domestic properties and live workstreams
- Supporting a structured programme with around a 10-day cycle per property
- Working alongside other trades to help keep projects running to programme

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience completing domestic first fix and second fix electrical works
- Previous experience on kitchen upgrades, bathrooms, planned works, or social housing programmes
- A reliable approach and the ability to work across multiple properties
- The ability to work efficiently on high-volume, repeatable programme works
Testing and sign-off qualifications are not required, as compliance sign-off is handled by dedicated personnel. ECS or CSCS is also not required for this role.
