We are recruiting for a Head of Health and Safety to join a charitable social housing and support organisation, provider based in Kingston upon Thames supporting property services across the local region on a 9-month fixed term contract, with opportunity to be extended.
Whats on offer: Salary: Β£65,000 Contract: 9-month fixed term contract Working pattern: Full-time
35 hours per week Working arrangement: Hybrid working 2 to 3 days in the office

As the Head of Health and Safety you will be: Managing the strategic and operational delivery of the H&S on behalf of the organisation Supporting the implementation of new compliance-management systems Developing and updating policies and procedures Working with the wider property management team to focus on the big 6 of compliance and building safety programmes as the key representative Leading a team providing 1-2-1s, training and support where needed
The successful Head of Health and Safety will: Demonstrate strong strategic and operational H&S leadership experience Experience across compliance Public sector experience in a leadership role NEBOSH General
