We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Estates Officer / Street Warden to join a busy housing team based in Newark. You will act as the eyes and ears of the council across local estates, carrying out inspections, engaging with residents and reporting issues to help keep neighbourhoods safe, clean and well managed.
Key duties:
- Estate and neighbourhood inspections
- Engage with residents and report concerns
- Identify repairs, ASB, fly-tipping and environmental issues
- Check communal areas and vacant properties
- Litter picking and minor DIY/maintenance
