This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Youll be joining an expanding team with plenty of opportunity to develop within renewable technologies. Previous solar experience is highly desirable, but experienced electricians without solar experience will also be considered as full training can be provided.

As a Domestic Solar PV Electrician, you will be:
Completing Solar PV installations within residential properties
Installing battery storage systems and EV charging points
Carrying out general electrical installation work where required
Ensuring installations meet the required quality and health and safety standards
Troubleshooting and resolving issues before project handover
Communicating with customers throughout installations
Working closely with the office regarding materials and site requirements
Completing relevant paperwork and installation documentation

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Inspection & Testing preferred, although training can be provided
A full UK driving licence
The ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Good customer service and communication skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Experience within Solar PV would be highly desirable
Solar, battery storage, EV or relevant renewable energy qualifications would be advantageous
City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 candidates may also be considered where they are willing to complete the required Lifelong Learning route
The Domestic Solar PV Electrician role is offering:
Around £46,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
