Niyaa People are delighted to be working with a short term accommodation provider, to fill a Director of Property Mobilisation position.
This is a remote role with national travel required, where you will hold responsibility for all new supported schemes, mobilising property teams, recruiting staff and getting the scheme ready for handover.
Director of Property Mobilisation duties:
Have end to end responsibility from commissioning to set up, overseeing works and any snagging issues once opened
Work alongside other departments to ensure property acquisition, works, fit out, utilities, access and readiness area ll delivered to plan
Confirm property and services are safe, compliant and operationally ready before running
Ensure staffing, training, policies, local procedures, systems and reporting are all ready for launch
Oversee launch, first move ins, and have close control or occupancy, compliance, incidents and KPIs
Complete formal handover to Director of Operations only when all standards and sign offs are met
To succeed as the Director of Property Mobilisation, you will need:
Direct experience establishing and opening new supported accommodation, housing or care services
Strong project and contract management experience, including delivery through multiple teams to fixed deadlines
Ability to travel extensively is critical
Experience taking new services to launch, early operation, problem resolution
Supported accommodation or care service delivery will hold a huge advantage
