We are recruiting a General Practice Surveyor to join a respected social housing provider, dealing with land transfers/disposals, encroachment disputes as well as lettings, property management and landlord and tenant matters.
This role will be based within Lichfield and will require someone to be on site 3 days or 5 days a week!

The successful General Practice Surveyor will have
- Previous experience within general practice surveying in local authorities
- MRICS qualified (desirable)
- Proven experience in commercial landlord and tenant work
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- A full UK driving licence
