- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Undertaking electrical work within some domestic properties
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- ~2391 Inspection and Testing qualification
- The ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Previous maintenance and refurbishment experience
