As a Plumber you will be:
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties
- Kitchen and bathroom installation
- Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps
- Attending responsive maintenance call-outs, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes
- Completing accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports

- Relevant qualifications or over 5 years’ experience in the trade
- Skilled in 2 or more trades
- Experience working within social housing
- Full UK driver’s license
- Clean DBS check
