As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be: ConductingType 1, Type 2 and Type 3 Risk Assessmentsacross a varied property portfolio such as domestic, commercial and care homes Producing clear, compliant, and detailed FRA reports with prioritised action plans Advising clients on remedial works and safety improvements Liaising with clients, housing providers, and facilities teams to ensure legislative compliance Managing your own diary and travel across the Midlands region Supporting re-inspections, follow-up visits, and ongoing compliance strategies Id love to speak to anyone who has: Proven experience deliveringType 13 FRAsin residential and/or commercial environments RecognisedFRA qualifications, such as: NEBOSH Fire Safety / Risk Management and Level 3/4 Certificate in FRA Experience writing professional technical reports Full UK driving licence ThisFire Risk Assessor role is offering the following benefits: Β£50,000-Β£55,000 Company tablet Company car or car allowance and fuel card Home/site working policy.
