We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work across the North West on a full-time, long-term contract for a well-established property maintenance contractor specialising in the social housing sector. This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties for a number of housing providers. You'll be joining a busy, growing team with consistent work across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and the surrounding areas.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
- Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works to social housing void properties
- Completing a variety of multi-trade repairs to bring properties back to a lettable standard
- Undertaking joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating as required
- Working across multiple client contracts throughout the North West
- Travelling to sites across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and occasionally further afield
- Delivering work to a high standard while working independently or as part of a team
