This Customer Liaison Officer position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term temporary contract, providing consistent and stable work.

Based in Grimsby, with occasional travel to Boston, you’ll act as an important link between residents, contractors, and the wider project team. You’ll help keep residents informed, respond to queries, build positive relationships, and ensure customers are supported throughout the process.

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be:
