General Builder

We are seeking an experienced General Builder to join a housing association, working across Newbury and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent position offering long-term stability and career development. £30,000 – £34,000 Depending on ExperienceBenefits for the General Builder will include:

The General Builder will have to complete:

• Mould washing, stain block & thermal painting
• Installing air bricks
• Installing vents
• Lowering ground level
• Installing French drains

The successful General Builder will have:

• Minimum of NVQ level 2 or have proven experience working in the trade
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• 6 or less points on licence
• A clean DBS
