We are actively seeking a Fire Project Surveyor to join a housing association in the West Bromwich area on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and potential contract extension.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering fire safety projects, including fire safety measures, lift replacements, fire doors, compartmentation, and sprinklers.
  • Collaborating closely between the project delivery team and surveying team.
  • Surveying residential properties across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, and Gloucestershire.
  • Ensuring all work complies with budget, H&S standards, and legislation.

Qualifications and experience required:
