Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in void properties
- Complete the repairs across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and flooring
- Complete full property refurbishments where required within void timescales
- Complete accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports
Qualifications
- Relevant Qualifications or over 5 years’ experience in the trade
- Skilled in 2 or more trades
- Own van and tools
- Experience working in void properties
- Able to work in the Oxford and Swindon area
- Clean DBS check
