As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties. As an Electrician, you will:

  • Electrical testing and inspection
  • Reactive repairs and fault finding
  • Full domestic rewiring

We are looking for Electricians with:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within social housing or a building maintenance environment
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition Electrical Regulations
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • A full, valid UK driving licence
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting
