As a Carpenter Multi, you’ll be responsible for providing responsive maintenance and repairs within domestic properties. Responsibilities

  • Fit and fix mortice latches, latch sets, multipoint locks, door hanging, door lining, and rebated frameworks
  • Gain entry to properties and make safe where required
  • Carry out all aspects of kitchen installation, including mitred worktop joints and flooring
  • Use a phone and PDA to communicate and record work effectively

Qualifications

  • Trade experience within the residential repairs sector
  • Experience in kitchen installation (1st and 2nd fix)
  • Good knowledge of residential building regulations
  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to commencing the role
