  • Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate.
  • Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved.

Qualifications the Electrical Compliance Surveyor will need:

  • Previous experience of delivering electrical safety programmes and contracts in a social housing setting.
  • Experience working with the big 6 of compliance.
  • Experience checking contractors' work and booking in remedial work.
  • HNC/HND in Building Studies or a degree in surveying.
  • 18th Edition AM2 NVQ Level 3.
