- Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate.
- Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved.
Qualifications the Electrical Compliance Surveyor will need:
- Previous experience of delivering electrical safety programmes and contracts in a social housing setting.
- Experience working with the big 6 of compliance.
- Experience checking contractors' work and booking in remedial work.
- HNC/HND in Building Studies or a degree in surveying.
- 18th Edition AM2 NVQ Level 3.
