Carpenter with a strong background in fire-door remedials.
The initial works will involve approximately 12 internal fire doors across two units, focusing on repairs and remedial works rather than new door-set installations.
This will include routing and fitting new fire strips where required, before moving onto approximately four to six weeks of external fire-barrier and cladding works.

As a Carpenter, you will be
- Completing remedial works to existing fire doors.
- Carrying out repairs and adjustments to fire doors within occupied residential properties.
- Routing and fitting new fire strips where required.
- Working on approximately 12 internal fire doors, with potential additional communal-area works.
- Completing external fire-barrier and cladding works following the internal phase.
- Working carefully within occupied residential properties and minimising disruption to residents.
- Recording completed works accurately using a digital reporting system.
- Following site procedures and tool-control requirements.
- Providing and using your own suitable hand and power tools.
- Using a trim or flush router to complete fire-strip installation works.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Completing works efficiently and to a high standard.
