We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join a housing team in Plymouth on a temporary contract, providing essential cover across a patch of bungalows for older residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident housing professional with strong tenancy management experience to deliver an effective, customer-focused tenancy and estate management service, ensuring that tenancy issues are addressed promptly and residents receive a professional and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities Manage a designated patch of properties, overseeing day-to-day tenancy management activities.
Respond to tenancy-related enquiries, concerns and complaints, working towards timely and effective resolutions.
Identify, investigate and address tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and other estate management issues.
Undertake estate inspections and property visits, identifying issues and coordinating appropriate follow-up action.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies and relevant partners to resolve housing management matters.
