Job DescriptionPlumber Multi Trade Social Housing Swadlincote We are currently looking for a Plumber Multi Trade to work within social housing properties around Swadlincote for a well-established contractor.\ N \n This is a great opportunity to join an established maintenance team responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance and wetroom installations across social housing properties. Were looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trade who is seeking a long-term opportunity.\ N \n Id be keen to speakto anyone with experience working within social housing, property maintenance, refurbishment or similar environments , whether youve previously worked as a Plumber Multi Trade, Multi Trade Operative, Maintenance Operative, Repairs Operative or in a similar role.\ N As a Plumber MultiTrade, you will be: \ N \n \n Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties \ N Completing wetroom fitting and installation works \ N Undertaking general multi-trade maintenance and refurbishment works \ N Completing additional trades where skilled, including patch plastering, tiling and decorating \ N Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard with a right-first-time approach \ N Carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied properties \ N Working professionallywith tenants, residents and other contractors \ N Managing your own workload and completing jobs efficiently throughout the day \ N Ensuring all works arecompleted safely and within required timescales \ N Completing accurate paperwork and following company health and safety procedures \ N Id love to speak toanyone who has: \ N \n \n Proven experience within social housing, property maintenance, refurbishment or a similar environment \ N Strong plumbing skillsand a broad multi-trade background \ N Experience carrying out wetroom fitting \ N Experience in additional trades such as plastering, tiling or decorating \ N The ability to work independently and complete high-quality workmanship \ N A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach \ N Experience working in occupied properties \ N Their own van \ N A valid Blue CSCS Card \ N The relevant experienceand skills to carry out the role \ N This Plumber Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits: \ N \n \n £250 per day \ N Fuel paid at 45p permile \ N Long-term social housing workload \ N Wetroom fitting and multi-trade works \ N Regular Monday to Friday work \ N Opportunity for ongoingwork for the right candidate \ N Location
