Damp and Mould Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well-established team in a local authority. This role is will require you to travel around Lincolnshire housing stock. The roles competitive salary allows home to site visits.Position: Damp and Mould SurveyorSalary: £32-38 per hour Contract type: 3-month contract, potential to go permanentAs a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll be:

• Inspecting low levels of damp and mould
• Finding the immediate cause and identifying the remedial work
• You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and residents during inspection

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll need:

• Qualification RICs (preferable)
• Qualification CIOB (preferable)
• Experience in social housing
